Hi, can someone with experience in Sugar CRM 4.5 check my php settings to see if something is set incorrectly please?

The server have php 5.1.4 and MySQL 5.0.24a , it supposed to be the perfect server for Sugar 4.5 but after all the installation that runs correctly when you try to enter the crm lots of things are missing and also the css styles are not there. In the same server I tried to install a Joomla CMS and here in the last step of the installation the admin have to enter a e-mail and any email you place the server says that is not a valid e-mail.

May be there is a component missing or something like that.

Any help will be really useful.
