Please Help - Error: Could not connect to the Sugar Server

Don't worry - must have been a tempoary network glitch - I logged out & back in and it came right.

Hi, I have just installed SugarCrm 4.2.0d for the first time - with all the demo data I did NOT received the
Error: Could not connect to the Sugar Server. Please check please check your Proxy Settings value in the System Settings admin panel. Last attempted connection @ 11/06/2006 17:14

I then went thru the instllation a second time to clear out the demo data and now I am getting this error. I have not changed anything on my server or my access to the net. What does this mean & how can I resolve it ?

I am running on Fedora Core 4 with Apache 2 / Php 5
