Please help with field tabbing order

New to Sugar and really enjoying it but..... when I edit the field tabbing order in Studio then save and deploy it it doesn't translate through to the application. If I then check back in the studio, the tabbing order that I've designated is still there...?? Have I missed something glaringly obvious here??

Would appreciate any ideas!

Sounds like a potential bug. Please submit a detailed bug report with the exact steps you went through at http://bugs.sugarcrm.com.

Right oh - will do that 1st thing in the morning... going about it a different way is it possible to edit the field order in the editviewdefs file?? if so how?
