Please Help, find callto and repace with SIP

Hi Guys,
I am a new to the Sugar game. I operate a SIP (voipdiscount) and want to click on the nrs in Sugar and dial streight into SIP instead of skype. I understand that I need to change the callto, but where, and how do I get to it. Can somebody give me an idiot's guide to changing a callto:// ? Step by step guidence. I looked and looked but don't know where to find it. It seems that it's in there somewhere... please help. Thank You

you should just be able to edit these 4 files and replace 'callto' with whatever you want.

include/Pear/HTML_Safe/Safe.php
include/Smarty/plugins/function.sugar_phone.php
