(Upgraded from 4.5.1CE to 5.2Pro - WinXP - php5 - MySQL - Apache2)
Ok, this is a very strange issue. Since this test upgrade from 4.5.1CE to 5.2Pro
Email A comes in with Attachment A... and when you click on Attachment A, you get File A.
Email B comes in with Attachment B... BUT when you click on Attachment B, you get File A (instead of File B)
Here are the link sources for Attachment A & B:
Attachment A:
index.php?entryPoint=download&id=9C701EEC38BF5B488 F192BCEC040B95E10&type=temp&isTempFile=true&ieId=1 430532a-3a35-97c6-1804-49481fced47b&tempName=Approved_Percival.pdf
Attachment B:
index.php?entryPoint=download&id=9C701EEC38BF5B488 F192BCEC040B95E10&type=temp&isTempFile=true&ieId=1 430532a-3a35-97c6-1804-49481fced47b&tempName=Approved_McGaughey.pdf
In 4.5.1, email attachments were stored as Notes. Based on these URLs, it doesnt appear that is the case.
Any ideas?
**Important Note** At first, this was only happening on emails that were coming in marked as SPAM (from a source that we have always received emails from without any issues and thru the same mail server we have always used). So at first, I believed the server was dropping the attachment and sending thru a blank id... which Sugar woudl pick up and somehow insert the most recent attachment to fill the void. I added the source to the whitelist and drastically reduced our spam protection. Then i saw the first example of it happening from a different, uncommon source... this one WITHOUT the **SPAM** tag that is added to the subject line when the server marks it as spam.
