pollMonitoredInboxes is not running

I having an issue of display emails in group inbound mail account.

the "test setting" is showing success message, and the email module is running fine in personal mail account.
however email is not showing in group mail account.

i checked the scheduler and found that "pollMonitoredInboxes" is not execute at all.

is this the reason that email is not showing in my group folder? if yes how to fix it?

The reason they are not showing is because "pollMonitoredInboxes" is not running. If you just press the check mail button does it download the Emails?

Do you have the scheduler configured correctly on your server to run cron.php???

i had configured the scheduler but unfortunately the schedule seems do not execute at all.
here i attach the print screen of my pollMonitoredInboxes schedule for refer.


and beat me, i do not know how to run cron.php..

What are you running the CRM on linux, windows?

For the schedulers to work they are called from the file cron.php you need to configure the server to run this file every minute.

The administration documentation available tell you how to set this up for Linux and windows.
