Default Poor performance for 1 user only

    Hi all,
We're having a weird sort of issue.
We have user A and user B. User A reports to User B.

When User A goes to the opportunities tab it takes 50+ seconds to load.
When User B goes (or any other user) it takes <10 seconds

I looked at the queries that are being ran, User B just has a couple that all looked normal to me.

However User A appears to run a query for every opportunitiy in the system 1000+ and growing.

Any ideas why this would be happening?

    *edit*
Forgot to add I've looked at both users and as far as I can tell their settings are identical

If there are many records (as in thousands) assigned to User A? Some other modules and components slow down dramatically when viewed by a user that owns many records. I'm not sure if this is the problem but it's something to consider.
    Server: Fedora
    Sugar 5 CE
    Apache 2.2.6
    MySQL 5.0.27

We have done considerable performance tuning for SugarCRM implementations. Let us know what platform you are running on including hardware and software.

Our hardware is lacking and we know that (its running on a VM on a p4 3.2ghz 3gig ram box that has another vm running as well)
    But thats not the issue.
I have found a work around for the problem.

We have created a custom module that we bulk create records on.

These records are then assigned the inviidual users who then assign them to the opportunities.

When the records are bulk created they are defualt assigned to the user who has been seeing the slow down.

The work around was to instead assign the records to a different user who logs into the system 2-3/month as opposed to the user who is in there 4-5/day.

Still not sure why Sugar is running:

For each OM select it's associated Opportunity instead of

For each opportunity select it's OM

Only for the user who has all the unassigned OMs
