popup for selection of campaing closes previous popup?

Hi,

I have the following situation.

I have a campaign in which the targetlist has to be filled with leads from a previous campaign. In order to select the appropiate campaign I've added the field campaign as a search field in the popup template of the lead search.

What happens is that the campaign field is shown with a select button. So there is the option to give in a free text of select a campaign from a new popup, "Campaign Search". This is the point when things go wrong. When I select the campaign needed, the popup window is closed, so I am not returning to the "lead search" as expected.

Does anyone know what to do?

A workaround would be to force the user to fill in the field without the option to use the select button, perhaps a beginners question, how do I remove the select button in the lead search pop up.

To resume, these are the steps:

1. Campaing-->Targetlist
2. Select button in Leads subpanel
3. Select button for campaing in Leads Search
4. Selecting campaing causes the closing of both popups (select lead and select campaign)

Any one any idea? Any help/tips/advice is appreciated.

hi
i was facing the same problem with the contact popup
and when i goes to search the account using the select button it shows the accounts instead of the contacts in popup.

it is solved in SugarCRM 5.1
