I`m new witch sugarcrm and have problem witch configuration portal
situation is now like:
System Settings: Customer Self-Service Portal is enabled
Contacts > "account name" Portal active
portal name: myportal
password *******
Now don't now what to do next
On the Sugar_Portal_Installation_and_User_Guide_5.0 say install Sugar Portal where find this "zip" file?

Which version of the Sugar application are you using?

The Sugar Customer Self-Service Portal is only available for the Professional and Enterprise editions. It is not currently available for the Community Edition of the Sugar application.

Yes I using Sugar Professional. Also I sent email witch question about this zip file what is talking in Sugar_Portal_Installation_and_User_Guide_5.0 to sugarcrm no answer.
On Support Portal is also open case 28012
Question is where I can download this zip file. and how together connect witch external web side
