I have two questions, the first most important:
1. The Created By record for all cases submitted through the portal are "portaluser" which was the service account for the sugar portal. Is there a way to tell Sugar to make this the signed in user instead of the the Portal User?
2. The Assigned To and Team record for cases created by a portal user. How is that set? I need it to go to our Ticket Dispatch team.
