Hi Team,
Our portal has intermittent access to CRM, but we are sure that connection between the two servers are ok... Actually they are on the same server room and of course local to each other.
The scenario is our Portal is inside an Iframe of some website, we have modified the login of the portal so that it could accommodate auto login, e.g. those that came from the Iframe.
The thing is if the user accessing it is inside our domain there is no issue and he can access the auto login. However the user accessing it is outside our domain has intermittent access from Portal to CRM..
"There was a problem connecting to the SugarCRM Server. The SugarCRM server is not responding."
Please share with us if you have any Idea on what could have happen, all I know is Portal connecting to CRM should have no issue since this is already inside network connectivity, but since it occurs sometimes on users outside our domain then maybe it has something to do with it...
