    Default Is This Possible

Hi Everybody, I am wondering if i can make a specific field relate to a date. What I'm trying to do is make it easier to see what accounts are current on maintenance. I would like to enter a expiration date on one form and then automatically have another form that changes yes/no depending on the date. without manually having to change each account. Is this possible in sugar?

    Thanks,
    Mike

    Do I understand it correctly:
You need a list of accounts sorted/filtered by a custom date field?
Create your date field (expiry date) using studio, add it to your accounts an accounts dashlet as filter.
Add an "Accounts" dashlet to your home screen, filtered by your expiration date (next month) and your done.
Same can be done with a saved search for your accounts listview.

    Greetings,
    M.

For your solution you could consider the use of sugar "mass update" and "search panel" components.

rafael is right, or you can make new view for the module and implement any custom logic to do it for you.
