Possible to email "accounts" to a third party?

We need to basically email and entire account over to a third party, this includes attachments and all other details, without giving them access to our CRM instance can we do this with SugarCRM?

I was thinking of exporting the account detail over to Microsoft Word doc file, then manually emailing them this account detail, but this is going to be tedious after the 10th email.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

There is no built in facility that simplifies this process. You would need to build a custom script or the like in order to streamline it.
