Is it possible to hide Grouped Modules tab?

Is it possible to hide entire grouped modules tab for particular user/role in CE?

There is no central setting. Each user can do this on his own.

Go to your user settings, select "advanced". There you find "Grouped Modules" in the "Layout Options".

Yes, but its about hiding tabs, not whole goup of tabs isn't it?

It hides the grouping of the tabs. It shows only one row, not two.
