Possible to let all user see calender?

We would like to use the CRM to let each other now what other persons are doing at some times. For example one might have scheduled a meeting at our office, that is good for all of us to know.

I have version 4.2.1C

Is this possible to do? I understand that it might be done by sending invitations to everyone, but that is not the way it should be done.

Please, let me know if this is possible to do.
