It is possible to link an activity?

Hi,
I want to ask if it is possible to link an activity. For example, i have called a client, I close the call and I reopen a following of it, in partnership to the preceding call.

Example:

NAME - DATE - DESCRIPTION - OLD ACTIVITY
Call 1 - 19.04.2009 - Call Mr. Rossi - -------
Call 2 - 20.04.2009 - Recall Mr. Rossi - Call 1
Call 3 - 20.04.2009 - Recall Mr. Rossi - Call 2
