Is this with the latest patch? Also you you have users that login through a service that has proxy servers? I found sometimes users that use the service AOL can be problmatic. To fix their problem you have to go to Admin -> System Settings and uncheck Validate user IP address.

The problem seems to be that my Suger CRM Professional can't validate with teh Sugar server for some reason. I dont run a Proxy server.

I traced the code and the message is a furfy, it should be displaying the actual error message but displays this erroneour and misleading message instead in the Sugar log.

I have manually validated Sugar till January but I wonder whether it will validate then. I hd no problem validating prior to this.
