Power Outage Causing Problems

Hi all,
Last night my office building was hit with a power outage and this morning none of my offices computers can connect to sugar. I've tried stopping and starting the apache server as-well-as the office server itself. When we try to connect, the browser says:
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
· You are not connected to the Internet.
· The website is encountering problems.
· There might be a typing error in the address.
What you can try:

Check your Internet connection. Try visiting another website to make sure you are connected.

Retype the address.
Go back to the previous page.

All computers are running Windows XP and we're currently using Version 4.5.1 of Sugar Opensource.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like a networking question. Are you able to ping the server from the desktop/laptop that you are trying to connect from? You may have to restart a router or two between you and the server.
