Cool Prefill Account Name to Quick Create Call

    Hey,

Under accounts there is the sub panel for Calls. We have all the normal fields and Account Name. But since we're in the Account record I want this field to be auto populated. I've had a look around at other posts but there's not really helpful yet. Thanks in advance

We're using the latest version of Sugar Professional.

Were you able to come up with a solution to this? Is it something you could share?

I haven't yet found a proper solution for this.
I've been having a lot of issues with Quick Create - when you go in via EditView it fills the Account Name in, but some wierd validation occurs and bugs out. So I'll try work out what that could be, must be something I've messed around with.

I haven't had too much time to figure it out myself, but from what I've read - creating a new Account bean and passing through the Account details to the QuickCreate for Cases would be the way to go I would think.

Any new thoughts on this one? We are trying to accomplish the same thing here.
