Preventing Access to Calendar

My company uses Sugar CRM version Version 4.5.1d (Build 1273)

Is it possible to block access to certain staff members Calendars from within SugarCRM?

Basically we have Management and Staff.
Staff are not allowed to see the Management Calendars.
But the Management is allowed to see the staff calendars.

Is there any way I can create a whitelist for example to allow specific people to view a persons calendar?
Or is there a module anybody might want to recommend for this purpose?

I have already downloaded and installed Teams Open 3.3d and created 2 groups (Staff and Management)
But the mere assigning of teams not does prevent the reading of information, merely the editing and ownership.

Would Sugar CRM 5.x perhaps allow for such functionality?

You can't really control it at that level as the security options aren't granular enough to provide you that level of control.

Security roles are the primary tool used for this task. Using a role, you could cause a user to view calendar items that have been assigned to any user, limit them to only those items that have been assigned to their specific login, or completely remove access to a feature. However, you cannot selectively choose which user's activities they can see.
