About LinkBacksUsing SugarCRM Community Version 5.0.0h, when I click on the print button for contact list view or details view, it includes in the print preview the shortcuts menu. Any idea how to turn this off?

Using SugarCRM Community Version 5.0.0h, when I click on the print button for contact list view or details view, it includes in the print preview the shortcuts menu. Any idea how to turn this off?

The only way to do this without editing the code is to shrink that menu before you press print.

When asking for help, PLEASE give us your Server Information and Version Numbers as asked for on the 'Post New Message' screen as well as any JavaScript errors shown at the bottom of the browser window.

This appears to work just fine on my computer, but one of my users with the same browser (Firefox 3), the shortcuts bar appears in the print preview even when minimized. Do you have any idea what setting controls this in the browser?

It is saved as a cookie. Check that first.
