Print Cases on PDF

Hi

a BIG question: it's possible to print a case with a PDF output, like a report on Access?????? I want to crate a PDF page with all information (account name, description, assigned user).

Hello pdor,

I am not sure what you Access report looks like. Are you trying to just print pdf of the Detail view of a case? Or do you want to actually print fields from the Accounts module as well?

Without needing to make any code customizations, there is a print link in the Detail view of a case. If you have a pdf program, you can 'print to pdf', and create a pdf of that screen.

thankls for reply. My target is to print the detailview of a single case with a logo and other stuff. I want to put the field account, description and other in a specified point of page, like a Access report.
The print button on detailview give me a poor page, and also not print a link field that display a image.
Now try with a PDF printer, but is not the good solution. The pdf printer is a limit, because there are installed locally on machine. If I have an external access to Sugar...
