Private Calander appointments

Is it possible to have private calander appointments. Clicking shared shows everyones. But, I would like to disable this ability for certain people/roles. Sometimes, its not a good idea for every salesperson to see what/where/when other sales people are doing.

I know in the Professional version there is a way through team management. visability is based on team membership there is also a private team for each user. There also is a "reports to" that allow the manager to to see that persons schedule even if it is in their own private team. Team also applies to contact, accounts and many other areas in SugarCRM. Tighter controlls are in the Pro and Enterprise versions. The Professional version is well worth getting if you need access controlls on who sees what.
