Pro Modules in 5.2 CE?

Greetings -

I desperately need the Resource Management module for use in my 5.2 CE install of Sugar. Will it work?

I was going to buy it, but I need to know that it will work first.

I still cannot determine if the Resource Management module (or any pro module) will work in the Community Edition version.

Can anyone offer some thoughts?

CE and Pro/Ent have different database schemas, so a Pro module is unlikely to work in CE

You can upgrade a CE system to Pro or Ent I gather - and that would be your normal route to getting Pro modules given that you are now running CE

Even if it would run - I don't know where you would intend to get the software from - nor would you be licensed to use it.

Likely best to contact Sugar sales and see if perhaps they can set up an evaluation for you of Pro for a time, so you can confirm operation of that module.

We customised the Pro Resource Module from SugarExchange to work in CE and it works just fine ... did need some tweaking though.
