Problem in account/contact section. PLEASE HELP

I have been using Sugar for several months now and I though I kind of know what is happening there.
I know my way around but today I came upon this:

And I have no idea what it is about. I found it in my one of my accounts and one contacts seperate from one another. It is positioned once i select the account or contact and sroll down to see the subpanels.

Doesn`t anyone have at least an idea why is that showing up ?

What version of sugar are you using?
Did you install any package or customize code by hand?

my Sugar version is: Version 5.5.3 (Build 1242)

I haven`t installed any packages or modify code by hand.

Problem fixed ! By updating to a new version. Still no idea how come all of a sudden Sugar decided to give that error.
