Problem with account import

I am trying to import Accounts.
They contain More then one Email address.
But while importing I am not getting other email option so that I can import other email's .

You can import up to 2 emails for an accounts, just name the fields as email1 and email2.

I am using 5.2.0c (Build 5447)version .
1.But I am not been able to find the other email option for accounts and users while importing.


My second problem is that while importing the accounts or contacts or any other I should get the exact date created and date modified but I am getting the date on which I am Importing.

example:I should get Date Modified as 2/12/2007 By xyz and Date entered as:2/12/2007 By xyz
but I am getting 29/03/2009 15:36 by admin .
That is I should get The user name instead of admin.

I am importing accounts by mapping all the Ids.

Plz help me for this.

Yes. Import wizard assumes the current user as the created user. Seems like a bug.

You can run a update query directly in DB.

Do you have any knowledge about how to import multiple email address in accounts as I am not able to find other email option in while importing accounts

As far as i know, it is not possible to do this via import wizard. You need to write a simple php script to do this.

You can write the php IMPORT script wherever you want. It is not compulsory to write in sugar folder. Write a simple php import script to import email data into sugar DB directly.
