Problem with appointment Sync from Outlook to Sugar Calendar!

Dear Friends, could you please help me to solve the problem with Outlook Plug-in 4.5.1c

I have SugarCRM 4.5.1e (Build 1049) and Outlook Plug-in 4.5.1c
Outlook 2003 11.5608.5606

The scenario:
1. I am creating the meeting in Outlook
2. The meeting was created in outlook Calendar
3. Press the button Marc to Sync и Sync to Sugar
4. I see SugarCRM message “Appointment sync compete”
5. SugarCRM does not include the created meeting
Could you please help me solve such problem to have an opportunity to appoint the meeting through Outlook and see it in SugarCRM Calendar?

PS: right click menu of the appointment in outlook does not include “View in Sugar” which should be there.

Windows 2003, MySQL 5, IIS 6, PHP 4

Access the SugarCRM Outlook Plug-in Options (I believe it is under the Tools menu in Outlook), and be sure to enable logging.

Post your log as it will give us further details on where the problem might be.

I am having the exact same problem.

Items I put in SugarCRM calendar sync to Outlook just fine, but if I mark an item in Outlook to sync it doesn't wind up in the SugarCRM calendar.

We are running SugarCRM on LAMP environment and I am using Outlook 2007.

When I go to Tools | Sugar Options | Logging and click on View Log File I get nothing, it doesn't even seem to attempt to open the log file.

I just noticed too that it did sync some things, must have been at the beginning, but now it is duplicating those things back to my Outlook Calendar every time I do a sync.

For example, I had a conference on my Outlook Calendar for 9/23 -9/27. It sync'd with SugarCRM at some point and put it on the SugarCRM Calendar. Now every time I do a sync I wind up with another copy of this same appointment on my Outlook Calendar.
