Problem with Birthday Dashlet

1) I can't close the dashlet on my homepage, if a click to order the birthday column as ascending, dashhlet compares in two different place in the screen (duplicate..)
2) i can't unistall the dashlet with module loader, if i click to 'commit' button of uninstall procedure, bar stops at 60%, with the following log:
DeployedMetaDataImplementation: view definitions for View quickcreate and Module Users are missing

Hi!

This dashlet was written for 4.5d version.
You can remove this dashlet:
1) delete files of Birthday dashlet in "cache/upload/upgrades/module/"
2) delete folder "modules/Contacts/Dashlets/BirthdaylistDashlet"

And it will disapear!!!!
