Problem with calls...

I am running Version 5.2.0k (Build 5837).

When I create a call, I set it to Planned and it shows up in my call list. When I complete the call and mark it as "held", it doesn't disappear out of my call list.

Why is this? Is this a bug or am I using the system wrong?

Can you please specify what you mean by call list? Are you referring to the dashlet on the homepage? or the list view in the Calls module?

If you are talking about the dashlet, you will want to click the pencil icon to check to see which call status types you are displaying. If you are referring to the list view, you want to make sure that you are filtering based on status.
