Problem with campaign click-thru links

Hello everyone,
I set up a campaign (newsletter) and I'm now testing it with my test list. I'm quite happy with the template, and with how SugarCRM is tracking opens (after enabling images). I also set up tracking URL's for the four links in my newsletter. I closely followed the guide (I'm using Sugar 6.2.0RC1 by the way) to do this, and I added the 'URL for Campaign Message' in my template. The problem now is that clicks on the message are not being tracked. I have played with various settings in my config.php file (site_url, host_name) but I believe the URL is properly formed: http:// [subdomain]/index.php?entryPoint=campaign_trackerv2&track=95cc 8441-90c9-fe8e-17a6-4dd3e846b849

What else should I check?

i remember having this same issue with version 6.1
I'm on a shared hosting with php 5.2.14

Does it log the URL as being clicked if you were to insert the URL you specified within your browser as though you were attempting to browse that page?

Yes, I tried that but there's no click being logged.

Hi again, maybe I should add that there;s also a problem with the unsubscribe page. When using the default unsubscribe link I'm redirected to a "page not found" error. However, the unsubscribe is happening and the email address is being added to the supression list.

I'm more confused now.
Any other ideas?
