problem with contact quickcreate

If I create a contact from the contacts subpanel under accounts or opportunities on save I get taken to a blank page showing {"status":"success","get":""}

If I refresh the page it gives me an error message saying dup entry

if i use the back button I find the contact has been saved correctly

I tested it in a clean sugar install and it works properly

Any help in tracking down where this is occurring would be much appreciated

Nope the clean install is fine

It is either a module I have loaded or a change I have made

I need to work out what the save of the quick form does so I can find where it is going wrong

it is saving the contact then giving me the error

Try to rename the folder custom/modules/Contacts to custom/modules/bkp.Contacts and try again.
If it works so you can start renaming the files / folders inside custom/modules/Contacts until you identify what is breaking it.

Now fixed

Woke up this morning and realised that I had played with the check_form JavaScript

Took out my changes and it works
