Problem creating dropdown fields in Module Builder

Hi,
I'm having trouble with creating dropdown/multiselect fields in a custom module in Module Builder.

In Module Builder I click on 'Add Field' and select the field type as 'Dropdown' but nothing happens (well, almost nothing: at the top of the page it says "Done"). What can be the reason for this?

This only happens in Module Builder. When I try to create a dropdown field in studio for an existing module everything is ok.

Sugar 5.0.0e
Apache 2.2.8
PHP 5.2.4
MySQL 5.0

I just discovered that it happens only in Polish version. When I log in selecting 'US English' everything is fine.
Having said that I still need it to work in Polish version.
