Problem in Dashboard

Hi,

I am asking something regarding the customization of SugarCRM.I feel glad if you may help me regarding this.I am just explaning my problem in sugarCRM.Hope you will go through my problem.

I have downloaded SugarCRM community edition.In Dashboard section there are so many dashlets and charts.Well,I want to create a bar chart or pie chart .In that chart,I want to show number of cases created by different users.

We have 8 users of the sugarCRM and the cases are created by them according to the calls they attend by the customers.Well,I want to show the comparision of different users in bar chart so that anyone can know there efficiency.In that chart I want to show number of cases created by different user(directly proportional to number of calls attended by the users). So, I want to display it on whole month basis.

I will waiting for your quick response.If possible ,please guide me regarding this.As I am just begginer of of coding language in PHP.

Is the same code and steps will work for cases too? This step is given for optimization of oppurtunity.Please suggest me.
