Problem with date display

Operating system type and version. Windows 2003 Server
Sugar version and edition 4.5.1 pro
Webserver type and version Apache 1.3.31, IIS 6
PHP version 4.3.2
MySQL server version . 4.1.16

Hi,

Below is an example of the problem with the dates changing when you promote a lead to a contact.
As you can see a date of 1/27 was assign to the activity and then when the lead was promoted the dates got all assigned to 1999. This is an issue as we can't see a date progression as all the dates of the activities are lost.

when i changed the date format 2006-10-20 to 12/03/2006, after that i converted Lead to Contact f the activities date was changed to 11/29/1999 19:00 like this.

Please reply asap.

Check for datatypes of dates in these two modules.It may happen due to different datatypes of the field .

I have checked the data type for "Notes","Leads" and "Contacts" Module.

the data type is same for the three modules.

data type is "datetime".
