Problem with Date format

Hello,
I've done french language pack for the 3.0c version of sugar, but I've a pb.
In dashboard ( and in home tab), if I log me in with the english language, when I want to edit "My pipeline" graphic (to change the date), the date appear with the format Y-m-d.
When I click on the calendar closed to the begin date, if I choose a date, it appear with the same format in the date field (Y-m-d)
If I log me in with the french language, the date appear like Y-m-d, but when I click on the calendar, if I choose a date , it appear with the format d-m-Y in the date field.

Do you know where the date format is set?

I think I've found my solution.
I've changed the format jj-mm-aaaa to aaaa-mm-jj in the include/language/fr_FR.lang.php file (around the line750) and it works fine .
I continue to try my language patch and will release it if no problem detected...
