Problem downloading attachments and exporting list

Hi

In the last week I have been having two problems in sugarcrm and I don´t know if they are related. They are changes in the behavior or the program


- The users used to be able to download attachments with a click on the clip icon o in the name of the attachment. In the last week this action reports an error with all browsers.
Firefox can't find the file at http://www.xxxxxx/sugarcrm/download....942&type=Notes.
The file exists and can be downloaded if you use Save As pointing at the clip or the name.


- The users used to be able to export a list. You could mark all or some opportunities in the list view and use de export button. In the last week nothing happens when you click at the export button, not even an error.


I would thank any help with this errors.

We need to know what version you are running and what might have happened a week ago, did you upgrade, change servers load a module, anything like that.

The error is

Firefox can't find the file at http://www--------/sugarcrm/download...942&type=Notes.

It was reported on may 18 the first time, I am sending the user screen and the temporary solution we gave. This solution some time works, some times no. You can see the files in the attachment section

After we send the solution we found other screens with problems, for example the exporting or the selection of a contact name for an opportunities. The symptom is always the same you click and nothing happens.

We have reinstaled the suse and we still have la same problem, in ubuntu the funcionalities are ok.

Any ideas.

We have reisntaled the php to an older version and the problem is solved in explorer. En Firefox and explorer we still have problems downloading attachments
