    Default Problem with E Mail Modul

    Hello Sugar developers,
    could somebody help us?
    After upgrading our SugarCRM 4.5 to version 5.0 we got a bad problem with the e mail module. Please look at attached screenshot, to see what our problem is. Sugar gets successful connection to our mail server, but it can’t download income e mails.The error is "Message removed from server"
    Has anybody an idea?

    we have the same problems. i tried to find a solution in the forum but coulnd't find any help about this.

    So the connection to the POP3 server is established. The SugarClient also shows all subjects of the mails but when you try to open a message you get an empty mail with subject "Message Removed from Server".

    With previous version of SugarCRM 4.5.1h everthing worked. After upgrading to 5.0.0d ( 3235) e-mails stopped to work!

    Same issue for me that when Emails show up in email window and click on one, it reads To:null From: null Subject: Message Removed From Server.

    Am using:
    SugarCRM version 5.1.0
    Using POP3 email

    Big problem for me and appears ongoing problem for others. Is there a fix for this?

    Thanks Sgandhi. I did read your post in the link you shared. Unfortunately,,it made no difference for me. It could be that I am not performing steps correctly. I will try again and then post to other thread on outcome.

    After many hours over weeks of trying to locate solutions for personal IU Mail in 5.0.0e and 5.1.0 I have concluded that this feature is not stable. I have sought input from numerous posts on this forum and none have solved the problem of a personal email setup in IU Email setup of not being able to open emails. The emails download fine but when they are opened only reveals subject of "message removed from server". In fact the message has not been removed from server. This is a flaw in 5.0.0e and 5.1.0 that I have evaluated. I regressed to version 4.5.1 and all works fine. I am writing this to assist others should they be struggling with same issue so that they may not waist the many hours that I have to discover that versions 5.0.0e and 5.1.0 are not usable for personal emails.

    Please contact me if you have a resolution for 5.1 email IU client not allowing to open emails. Email opening effort only reveals "Message Removed from Server". I am willing to pay for solution.
