Brand new install, running on windows 2000 server.
Used BitrockWAMPstack to install 4.2
When I try to edit the contacts view/edit for in place I get this error:
(modules/Contacts/EditView.html)
Error retrieving record. You may not be authorized to view this record.

I'm logged in as admin to the system and can modify the accounts page, so I don't believe it is s system problem, but just a problem with that HTML page. Any seggestions as to how to fix, or should I just reinstall (the typical Windows thing).
