problem in Email template - 4.21b

Hi, when I try to create an email template I can't view the Email body, so I cannot write my template.

Is that a common problem?

when I mark "plain text" the editing frame appears, but I cant insert any variable

It's weird. when I access sugar with Forefox I have the problem, but accessing from Opera and everything works OK.
any clue?
