Problem with export report to csv

The report which is containing multiple records looks OK in the Browser but output in Report.csv file fields not mapping to column headings.

1. Column Opportunity Name gets data from Company
2. Next Step data and Primary data are missing
3. Data from Full Name got to Next Step column

What could be the problem here?
