I have converted my SugarCRM web into Thai (language of Thailand). When the user inputs some data, they do so in Thai.

I found that, if I export data containing english, there is no problem. But when I export data containing Thai characters in csv, it shows some garbage characters. When I open that exported csv in notepad, change something, save it in csv and then reopen it with excel, then everything is fine.

Please help me to solve this.
