Problem with the file TeamSetCache.php

Hello,

We are encountering a problem with the creation of the file TeamSetCache.php. In fact, SugarCRM trys to create this file in the folder "cache/modules/Teams/" but with no succes. All other files are created successfuly. Our configuration is PHP under IIS (windows 2003 R2) and all the right for the user IUSR_* are correct.

Every help would be very appreciated.

I am having the same issues on our webserver on Linux. The rest of the files in cache/modules/Teams/ are created accordingly, but TeamSetCache.php fails.
