Problem in gloable search

Hi,

I am using the Sugarcrm 6.2 professional version and i am facing one problem in the global search functionality.

I have many users in my system and the are facing the problem in fetching the data in global search.
IN that some user can get the Account, Opportunities, leads module data and some user not able to get those data.

I check the Roll Setting but didnt get any idea so please anyone help me in this problem ?

Try to reset user preference for one of the buggy users and try again.
