    Default Problem with group mailbox and the auto import

    Dear Sugar Communitie!

    i have a problem wit group Mail Accounts and the auto import function and i hope someone can help me:

    First Problem:
    If i select auto import for the group mail account, messages will be automaticaly assigned to the companys if sugar knows the sender. BUT THER IS NO MAIL IN THE INBOX!!! How can i know that someone wrote a mail to me???

    Second Problem:
    If sugar dont knows the sender i cant see the mail in the inbox too???

    Is this because i didnt select "create case from email"? - What leads over to the third problem:
    If i select "create case from email" for the group mailbox, sugar imports the first mail sucessfully and creates a case! After that it starts to create a case from the confirmation mail which i received and on and on and on until i deselect the create case option.

    Someone there who had the same problems?
