    Default Problem with History under Leads

    Hi

    I have upgraded from 4.5 to 5.1. my Problem is:
    my calls with status ‘held’ or ‘not neld’ don’t appear in the history subpanel. Also planned calls appear only in activities but not in the lead subpanel scheduled calls.
    What’s the solution?

    nach das ich ein Upgrade gemacht habe meine neue Version 5.1 hat ein Problem und zwar:
    wenn ich unter Leads bin und drücke ich auf Detail die History zeigt mir alle Einträge mit der status 'held' or 'not held' nicht. im Gegenteil die alte Version hat das gemacht.

    weiß jemand was soll ich tut um das wieder zu haben.

    Same problem here...

    Whenever you try to add notes under a lead they just disappear when you submit them. For some reason it's either not associating history with a lead properly, or not showing the history associated with a lead.

    How do I figure out which and fix it?

    I am seeing the same problem after upgrading from 4.5.1 to 5.0 with the History subpanel under Accounts.

    I submit a new History entry, and I receive no errors & see no errors in the logs, but when it refreshes the page, the History subpanel is still empty - my new note doesn't appear.

    I have checked the database and verified that these notes are being added to the Notes table, but the parent_type and parent_id are not being populated - so I'm guessing there's something malformed about the WRITE statement that's inputting these notes into the database...but I'm not sure where to find this in the PHP to troubleshoot it. Can anyone point me in the right direction - or at least give me a place to start?

    I'm having the same problem. I've got to be able to post notes. It worked fine before the upgrade. Currently using 5.0(f)

    I have noticed this seems to still be an issue in 5.0.0g. Has anyone happen to resolve it?
