Problem with Jasper Reports

I've installed Jasper Reports on a Windows 2003 server. We are running MSSQL server. After help from several people here I finally got it to let me log in (database connections are good).

However, whenever we try to run the default reports I get the following errors:

An error has occured.


Any ideas?

I am seeing this on the console of Tomcat. Er, what optional feature?

i am using i_reports but i am not able established the connection with sugar db since i am using mssql.
can you plss tell me what properties you put for jdbc driver and jdbc url while making jdbc connection with sugar_db
