    Default Problem with Language packs

    Hi,

    I've installed Sugar CE 5.0f on a Win2K3 box (via the complete windows installer package, including PHP, Apache & MySQL)
    So far so good. Installing of the dutch language pack also goes well, but the problem is, as soon as I select the Dutch language in the locale settings, nothing happens. All text is shown in English in stead of Dutch.

    I've tried to log out, log in, stop /start Sugar services and reset preferences, nothing did work.

    So, I've tried the german language pack. But it shows the same behaviour...

    Any hints or tips on this issue ??

    Have you actually installed the lancguage packs or just uploaded them?
    You could try rebuilding language files
    What do you think the cookie monster eats ?

    The settings in the locale window do not affect the UI, just the login screen. There (on the login screen) you'll find "Options" and hopefully Dutch is mentioned. If not then you didn't install it as Dragonflymaster said.

    Ah, yes....completely overlooked that Options- button. It works now ! Thanks a lot !

    Fine. Now you can go to Dashboards and if you have some opportunites data you can check if all charts are in dutch. From my experience only pipline chart will be in dutch - rest all in english.
