Problem with link in email - Cases

Hi,
first of all, i'm still using the version 4.0.1.e but i'm sure somebody can help me with this. I've just started using the Cases and Project tabs and when an email is sent to the assigned users, they get a link that should redirect them to the case or project task they've been assigned. However, there is an error in the link that is in the sort of

https://host/folder:443/index.php?....

when i believe it should rather be

https://host/folder/index.php?.... or... https://host:443/folder:443/index.php?..

Please please help..

Well I don't know how this happened, but the :443 statement should only be at the host part of the uri...
