Problem loading language pack

Good afternoon, I have SugarCRM 5.1.0 installed and its working fine..., however, when I try to load a language pack (brazilians one), I cant.
When I click:

Admin / Module Loader /

It gives me the following message:

Which language pack version did you install?
Did you customize your system.
Let us know your issues and improve the Language Pack.
