Problem with mail notifications (skeduled meeting/call)

hi everybody!

I am currently useing version 6.0.2 of SugarCRM and I got a problem with sendmail modules.
When I create a new skeduled meeting/call I receive by mail the notification but I cant see the subject (name field) and the body of the message (description field).
I receive empty mail.
Does anybody know how could I fix this problem?

Yes, I got the Italian language pack installed....

I logged in with english language and when I created new skeduled meeting I received the mail with subject and body message correctly filled.
You were right but now the question is, how could I fix?

The best way to proceed would be using the English Language since the problem appears to be in the Italian LangPack, however there is another way, you could copy the file:
root\include\language\en_us.notify_template.html and rename it to it_it.notify_template.html and translate that file or keep it english if you wish, that way your template will be corrected. Hope this helps!

I fixed the problem.

there were missing rows in the it_it.notify_template.html file.

Hi folks,

thank you for explaining this way as a solution (workaround). I had the same problem with empty email-notifications for new entered calls. After replacing the language.html's it works fine.
So the problem occurred for the German language pack. II replaced the DE and GE one's with a copy and renamed US one. Problem solved
